  • Eye Camp, November 9

Narbhavi Trust and Sankara Nethralaya Eye Hospital are collaborating to host a free eye camp on November 9, 2024, at Kaladipettai, Thiruvettriyur Zone, Chennai. This camp will provide screening for cataract, retinopathy, and glaucoma—eye conditions that, if untreated, may lead to blindness. The goal is early detection, offering individuals a better chance to preserve their vision. For patients diagnosed with these conditions, Sankara Nethralaya will arrange free transportation to their hospital for necessary surgeries, with patients returned home afterward. This initiative is a valuable opportunity.
